Every shortcut in the editor, organised by mode.

How shortcuts behave

Some shortcuts are mode-aware — the same key may do different things in Edit Plants vs Draw Shapes vs Build. The tables below note where each one applies.
Keyboard shortcuts won't fire if you have an input field focused (for instance, if you're typing into the search field).

Navigation

Works in every mode.

Action	Shortcut
Zoom in	`Ctrl/Cmd + +` (or `=`)
Zoom out	`Ctrl/Cmd + -`
Fit to view	`Ctrl/Cmd + 0`
Pan the canvas (temporary)	Hold `Space` and drag; release to return to your previous tool

Editing

Works in Edit Plants, Draw Shapes, and Build. Which item is affected depends on your current mode: plants in Edit Plants, shapes in Draw Shapes, and shapes or buildings in Build.
